Prof. Solanki was borne [ 1.7.1939] in village   Gadpara, Distt. Bhind(M.P.). He passed high  School examination from bhind in 1956 and then after Intermediate in 1958 from Gwalior.He completed his studies up to M.A. B.Ed. 1961.He was connected with Education Department 1958 to 1998. Initial six years as a teacher and from 1966 to 1998 as a Professor of English in P.G.V.  College Gwalior.
Since very Childhood he is in Rashtriya Swayam Sewak Sangh(RSS) and Discharged various responsibilities at Mahanagar and state level.

Prior to become a full-time Pracharak. 
he remained  Divisional Secretary and
then Provincial Secretary of Rashtriya
Swayam Sewak Sangh(RSS) for four
years. he was Executive Director of
"Swadesh Newspaper" .He was also
the founder chairman of Saraswati
Vidhya Pratishtthan Madhya Pradesh.
which is the supervising body of
Saraswati Shishu Mandirs in Madhya
Pradesh.Since 1998 he was
given the assignment of
Prant Pracharak in Madhya Bharat
till 2002. From 2001 to 2002
he remained the Regional Coordinating
Chief of Madhya Pradesh and
Chhattisgarh.

Since September, 2002, he is working as Organizing  General Secretary Bhartiya Janata Party, in Madhya Pradesh. Working as a General Secretary M.P. B.J.P. Shri Sonlanki, by his thoughtful strategy and planning managed to win overwhelming 3/4 th majority for B.J.P. in M.P. Vidhan Sabha Election and badly defeated Congress and thus toppled its Government. Presently he is playing a dominant role in maintaining coordination in between the Party organization and the Government.
